PLA Eastern Theater Command Conducts Drills on Assault Against Maritime Targets, Anti-Air and Anti-Submarine Operations to the North and South of Taiwan Island

12月30日，中國(guó)人民解放軍東部戰(zhàn)區(qū)組織驅(qū)護(hù)艦、殲轟機(jī)等兵力，位臺(tái)島南北兩端相關(guān)海域，開(kāi)展查證識(shí)別、警告驅(qū)離、模擬打擊，以及對(duì)海突擊、防空反潛等科目演練，檢驗(yàn)了?？諈f(xié)同、一體封控能力。

On December 30, the PLA Eastern Theater Command employed destroyers, frigates, fighters and bombers to conduct drills on subjects of identification and verification, warning and expulsion, simulated strikes, assault on maritime targets, as well as anti-air and anti-submarine operations in the waters to the north and south of the Taiwan Island. The drills tested capabilities of sea-air coordination and integrated blockade and control.
