10月10日下午，國(guó)防部新聞局副局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人蔣斌大校就近期涉軍問題發(fā)布消息。
記者：據(jù)報(bào)道，近日海軍戚繼光艦、沂蒙山艦赴香港組織艦艇開放活動(dòng)，在香港社會(huì)引發(fā)熱烈反響。請(qǐng)發(fā)言人進(jìn)一步介紹有關(guān)情況。

蔣斌：在新中國(guó)成立76周年之際，海軍戚繼光艦、沂蒙山艦結(jié)合遠(yuǎn)海實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù)，赴香港組織為期3天的艦艇開放活動(dòng)，2萬余名港澳民眾登艦參觀。編隊(duì)舉行升國(guó)旗儀式，并組織海軍旗語展示、船藝?yán)K結(jié)體驗(yàn)等特色活動(dòng)，為當(dāng)?shù)孛癖娝蜕险鎿吹膰?guó)慶祝福。參觀民眾登上祖國(guó)的軍艦，在繁華的香江之畔與編隊(duì)官兵共唱《歌唱祖國(guó)》，紛紛表達(dá)了身為中國(guó)人的安全感和自豪感。國(guó)安才能家好，人民軍隊(duì)將堅(jiān)定守護(hù)香港繁榮穩(wěn)定，東方之珠必將伴隨民族復(fù)興綻放更加奪目的光彩。
Jiang Bin: On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the PRC, PLANS Qi Jiguang and PLANS Yimengshan had a three-day vessel open event in Hong Kong during a midshipmen ocean-going training. Approximately 20,000 visitors from Hong Kong and Macao boarded the ships. They attended national flag-raising ceremonies, watched a demonstration of naval flag semaphores and tried their hand at knot-tying techniques. All these activities were organized by crew members for sending sincere National Day greetings to local residents. Visitors also sang Ode to the Motherland together with officers and sailors by the bustling Pearl River. Many expressed their sense of security and pride as Chinese people. As the saying goes, “Only when the country is secure can families thrive.” The people’s military will firmly safeguard Hong Kong’s prosperity and stability. The Pearl of the Orient will surely shine even more brilliantly as the nation achieves rejuvenation.
