BEIJING, Dec. 8 -- The United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA) headquarters recently organized a practical aviation emergency response exercise involving the Chinese peacekeeping rapid response unit to UNISFA, the firefighting team, the medical unit, and the UN Department of Safety and Security.

近日，聯(lián)合國阿卜耶伊臨時安全部隊司令部組織中國維和快反分隊、消防隊、醫(yī)療單位、聯(lián)合國安全和安保部開展航空應(yīng)急響應(yīng)實戰(zhàn)演練。

The exercise simulated a helicopter crash within the main camp in Abyei, focusing on first-line emergency response at the helipad, personnel mobilization, triage of casualties, and the evacuation and transfer of the wounded. It aimed to assess and enhance the capability of relevant departments to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.

演練以阿卜耶伊主營地內(nèi)發(fā)生直升機墜毀事故為背景，重點對直升機場一線應(yīng)急響應(yīng)、人員動員、傷亡分診與傷員轉(zhuǎn)運等進行評估，提高相關(guān)部門緊急情況下的快速反應(yīng)和處置能力。

Since the deployment of the 2nd Chinese peacekeeping rapid response unit to the mission area in May this year, it has actively carried out medical rescue operations and provided high-quality medical support to UNISFA personnel and local residents.

據(jù)了解，中國第二批赴阿卜耶伊維和快反分隊自5月份部署到任務(wù)區(qū)以來，積極開展醫(yī)療救援工作，為聯(lián)阿安全部隊工作人員及當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裉峁┝藘?yōu)質(zhì)醫(yī)療保障。
